4 wine glasses and 4 ampoules to experience the Ponziani universe intimately. In this tasting, your sense of smell and taste will guide you: “Blind passion” is a blind tasting experience which, excluding the distractions of the eyes, allows you to fully focus on all other perceptions. In this way, the scent released from the glass will become more intense, the vivid sound of the glass being filled, the sensitive touch of the earth, but above all, the flavour of our wine, which encompasses an entire territory.

In this experience you will be accompanied by the voices and words of a Sommelier, or our Oenologist, or Rossana Ponziani herself, the creator of the entire estate, on a journey to discover how our wine is created, from the vineyard to the cellar.

We will start with a complete visit to the vineyard and to the places that tell the story of the Tenuta Ponziani to finally arrive at the location of our tasting where a specially selected Sommelier will be waiting for you for the event.

A table set on the veranda surrounded by flower gardens will be the basis for sharing this experience. Once blindfolded, everyone will set off on their own sensory journey. Technique and method, passion and vision will be experienced by the Enologist or by Rossana Ponziani.

There will be a pairing with selected finger food, freshly prepared by our kitchen as well as the tasting of extra virgin olive oil.

If you also want to taste Northia 2018, awarded first place among red wines in the 2022 Regional Competition and gold medal Concours Mondial De Bruxelles 2022, the cost per person will be 95 euros.

This experience is open to a minimum of 8 people up to a maximum of 20.
